It is widely acknowledged that most of us do not perform to our full potential. Executive coaching aims to identify the reasons that prevent us from achieving our best, and to overcome these obstacles using real work issues as tools for learning and development.

Executive (or business) coaching focuses on the individual in the work environment. Typically, this type of coaching centres on performance at work and how it can be improved by looking at things differently.

My programme is specifically designed for senior executives. It ensures that objectives are clearly set on engagement, monitored throughout the process, and evaluated on completion to assess return on investment.

My individual style is to challenge people in a supportive environment. Through a combination of deep listening, thorough and creative questioning, I have an ability to help business leaders see challenges and opportunities through a different lens. As a seasoned HR professional, my knowledge of the internal business environment and complex team dynamics allows me to serve as a valuable sounding board.

I have particular expertise in the area of behavioural change. Where relevant, I will draw upon a wide range of diagnostic tools to increase an individual’s self-awareness, thus enabling change to occur. As a qualified and experienced business coach, I use a variety of different styles and models, depending on the situation and client in question.
